The box came a little crushed, but the product arrived intact without any issues. It exceeded expectations. I've already used it to clean the bathroom, and since I have a bathtub, it was excellent. No more bending over; the long cord helps a lot, both for scrubbing the wall and the bathtub itself, sink, bath mat. I used both the large brush and the corner brush, both excellent. Sometimes they came loose from the cord, but it was the first time I used it and I still need to figure it out, but the physical effort I used before with this product is gone; it's worth the investment.
It seems weak, but when you start using it, you realize it's strong and needs to be held in a certain way otherwise it escapes. It has 2 speed options, weak and strong, and the battery came almost 100% charged and lasted a long time. I finished using the product and still had 2 points of battery left.
Durable product and worth the purchase, highly recommended.
